Stock Market Plunges Due to Military Escalation Between Russia and Ukraine



The Global Stock Market has witnessed a steep fall since the beginning of the tension between Russia and Ukraine. Wall Street Giants S&P showed 2% overall losses while Dow Jones Industrial Average lost 623 points with a loss of 1.8%. The steepest loss was recorded by Nasdaq, with a loss percentage of 2.9%. Meta, owned by Mark Zuckerberg lost their top 10 market rank for the first time. In India, however, Sensex and Nifty wiped off the steep losses recorded in the last two days, while the IPOs of Nykaa, PayTM and Zomato showed a steep dip in their share prices.
